A Passion for Homebuilding

Always trying to come up with a smarter, more efficient and more creative way to approach home building is a passion that Jeremy Purdy has had since childhood. Whether it’s a remodel or a new home – every project has its unique quirks and challenges. Jeremy takes a hands-on approach to every build. To him, it is those quirks and challenges that make each project interesting and fun.

Our goal is to work with our clients through every step of the design and build process. That way, we are able to fully understand every client’s personal design aesthetic and preferences. At Jeremy Purdy Construction, we believe the relationship between us, the architect and the homeowner is the cornerstone of every successful project.

what our clients are saying…

"We love our mountain home, beautiful craftsmanship, design and functionality. Native and natural materials both inside and out make it fit in perfectly to the beautiful surroundings. Jeremy Purdy Construction knows how to build the perfect house for your needs, and delivers on time and within budget."

Steve Brutocao, Homeowner

"Jeremy Purdy arguably has the best skillset of any general contractor I have worked with. His experience is vast covering work from the highest end homes in the region to the more moderate primary homes. I have found Jeremy’s work ethic to be without parallel. His patience and attention to detail comes through in his final product and finish work. Jeremy always has options and new ideas thus never becoming stagnant in a specific building trend."

Doug Flynn, Realtor, Tahoe Mountain Realty

"Jeremy Purdy is one of the most talented builders I have worked with. He enjoys having an intimate involvement in the design process to understand the factors and ramifications of every design decision. Because he thoroughly analyzes every detail of each project he is able to reveal the most efficient and economic method to construct each portion of a building. His positive and friendly attitude makes the construction process flow smoothly and minimizes stressful situations or decisions."
